Our weighted throw blankets are made with top quality materials and have 7 different layers of high technology sewing and stitching. The blankets are filled with certified non-toxic glass microbeads which are sewn into segmented hexagonal pouches for maximum flexibility, strength and comfort. The even distribution of weight from the blanket produces firm but gentle pressure mimicking the feeling of being hugged. They are designed to be weighted to help initiate deep pressure stimulation - otherwise known as proprioceptive input.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To enable your blanket last longer, we ask that you please hand wash the blankets in cold water with a mild detergent and then air dry. You will notice that handwashing is recommended on the care label – this is for longevity purposes!
We have, however, tested these blankets in the washing machine and they still come out super on a cold delicate / gentle cycle. This is only if your machine can take the weight. We do recommend that you machine wash only when necessary and when doing so, it is recommended that you use a washing bag.
Please do not tumble dry or iron and please do not use fabric softener.
