We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150. Please contact us for an Express postage quote.

For orders under $150:
Standard postage $15

All parcels are sent with tracking details which are emailed to you separately. We aim to post all orders within 3 business days.

Lost Items / Returned Mail

Please note that Fuzzy Calm will not be responsible for parcels that are missing/lost by the postal company. Customers will be required to lodge a dispute with the postal company if a parcel is not delivered. If an item is returned to Fuzzy Calm, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage for this to be sent to a new address.
