Refund & Returns

Returns:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or store credit. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that it arrived in -  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with all of the original insert cards included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Items should be returned within 14 business days from delivery date (once the return is approved)
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
  • If you paid with Afterpay, your order will be refunded via store credit.

The  return policy does not apply to our weighted lap blankets and weighted throw blankets due to hygiene reasons. 

To start a return, you can contact us via the contact page on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method and we accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us.  

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the item does not comply with our returns policy.

Please note no returns or refunds are offered on sale items.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you paid with Afterpay and request a refund, your order will be refunded via store credit.
