What postage do you offer?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150. Please contact us for an Express postage quote.

For orders under $150:
Standard postage  $15  

We also offer free local delivery to certain postcodes, please see SHIPPING section for more details

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to post all orders within 3 business days. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Estimated time frames are:
Standard postage: 2-8 business days
Express postage: 1-4 business days
Free Local Delivery 1-3 business days

These time frames are approximate and can vary due to factors such as regional locations, public holidays and peak times.

I won't be home when my parcel is due to arrive. What should I do?

All our orders are sent without requiring a signature on delivery. Once items are posted, they are the responsibility of our shipping partners. They will leave your item in a safe place if it is safe to do so. 

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer FREE local delivery to the following post codes:

  • 3103 Balwyn, Balwyn East, Deepdene, Stradbroke Park
  • 3123 Auburn ,Hawthorn East
  • 3124 Camberwell, Camberwell North, Camberwell South, Camberwell West, Hartwell, Middle Camberwell
  • 3125 Bennettswood, Burwood, Surrey Hills South
  • 3126 Camberwell East, Canterbury
  • 3127 Mont Albert, Surrey Hills, Surrey Hills North
  • 3145 Caulfield East, Central Park, Darling, Darling South, Malvern East, Wattletree Road Po
  • 3146 Glen Iris, Tooronga
  • 3147 Ashburton, Ashwood
  • 3148 Chadstone, Chadstone Centre, Holmesglen, Jordanville
  • 3122 Hawthorn 

This option will appear at the checkout if you are using a delivery address containing one of the above postcodes. Please leave any special instructions in the box provided when checking out. We do not do local delivery to PO Box addresses.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet. How far away is it?

Once your order has been posted you will receive tracking details via an email notification. These will show the status of your order and anticipated delivery arrival dates. If you require further clarification, we recommend contacting our shipping partner directly.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship to Australia only.
